Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at The Sagamore, enjoying the beautiful views and various kids’ activities. However, there were a few issues, particularly with the customer service that needs improvement, especially during peak dining hours. The charm of the resort is undeniable, but the experience was somewhat marred by inconsistencies in service and some dated aspects of the accommodation.
My stay at The Sagamore Resort was mostly enjoyable with beautiful views and a lovely atmosphere. though some aspects could be improved. The staff was generally pleasant and went above and beyond in some instances. The dining experiences were good, but there were some hiccups with service during breakfast. While the lodge suite was spacious and comfortable, we faced issues with our room being ready on time.
I had a wonderful time during my stay at The Sagamore Resort, with stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. However, I encountered some challenges with the dining options and reservation process. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would love to return when everything is fully operational.
My stay at The Sagamore was a mixed bag. The views of Lake George were amazing, and the activities for kids kept my family entertained. However, the crowded atmosphere, especially during New Year's, made it hard to relax, and the suite we had was not as clean or well-maintained as expected. The overall experience felt a bit lacking compared to what I'm used to at higher-end resorts.
My stay at The Sagamore was good overall, with stunning grounds and a friendly staff. However, some aspects like the breakfast buffet and room maintenance could have been better. Despite these issues, my family enjoyed the pools and various on-site activities, making our time there very enjoyable.
